Apex Credit Management Debt Collecting Agents and
the Truth About Your Debt

Apex Credit Management
Debt Collecting Agents is a debt collecting agent
which has bought your debt from the original lending source for a tiny
percentage of the original value of the debt and is brazenly trying
to get the full value from you.
Apex Credit Management
Debt Collecting Agents will use all sorts of nasty
methods to extort money out of you in order to profit from you. You
may have already experienced bad dealings with them on the phone. They
may call you on the phone when they know it is inconvenient for you
and do so several times a day. They may be sending you official-appearing
sternly drafted letters or cards threatening to send people round to
collect the money in full or that they will take you to court. Other
strategies will include saying that they will make a charging order
on your property or make you homeless.
So ask Apex Credit Management Debt Collecting Agents
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application here. If you want to check, in addition,
missold PPI and recover all the credit card charges you've paid over
the last 6 years (plus 8% interest) it costs an upfront fee of only
£99 for a full audit to see what you're entitled to. Click

I'm very grateful to Consumer Action

Apex Apex
Credit Management Debt Collecting Agents have written to me
at work
They do not have my home address - I guess?
They state: "We would like at this stage to avoid passing your
account over to our business support solicitors". Apparently
this is my final oppotunity to make payment before they go legal!
I had the same letter approx three weeks ago!
It is addressed to my ex partner (not been with
her for over two years) FAO myself.
My response: Interesting to note here that they will
send the same 'last chance' letter over and over again, and each time
the letter will be without substance as the debt is not enforceable
without the correct documentation (with the prescribed terms and your
signature prominent). Apex
Credit Management Debt Collecting Agents live in a world where logic
is meaningless and the only thing worth looking at is what
can be persuaded out of people and by what fearful method.
